I contributed to communications and technical outreach for Nepal’s first Nepali-language URL. My role focused on preparing materials that explained the technical benefits for local audiences, drafting press messages, and coordinating with the organizing body to ensure accessibility of content. The initiative improved awareness of internationalized domain names and helped downstream teams adopt locale-first web best practices.

As PR lead, I planned and executed a multi-channel campaign to recruit members and promote events. The work included building event landing pages, implementing sign-up funnels, and running targeted social ads with retargeting. The campaign increased membership and sustained engagement by over 150% in three months.

I developed several client-facing pages and small web apps focused on performance and conversion: fast-loading landing pages, analytics integration, and iterative A/B testing. Improvements included faster load times, more reliable analytics, and higher conversion on key CTAs.

Built the event website, coordinated technical infrastructure, and integrated registration systems. I also supported on-site technical needs during the event. The site supported live updates and received strong user feedback for clarity and speed.
